Coy mermaid I

She is part of a set of three mermaids with a very similar composition. I decided to do more than one because I couldn't decide on one color scheme for this setup -___-
Number one here is for my grandpa to whom I gift one painted mermaid a year, so she'll be in good company.

I'm pretty happy with some parts of the painting, very unhappy with some other ones, but she mainly was an exercise for me to get back into tradiional painting (acrylics on canvas)... so that's to be expected, I guess.
